King Charles is reportedly hopeful of meeting Prince Harry while he is in the UK, with discussions also focusing on the possibility of seeing Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet if travel arrangements can be made. The King has only met Archie on a few occasions and met Lilibet just once when the family returned for the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022.

However, there are reports of conversations between father and son in recent weeks, with one source describing the tone as “hopeful”, the Mirror reports. Both parties are said to be committed to attempting to make a meeting between them work. Harry is said to be “frantically” trying to secure extra private security so his family can make the trip. Another source said: “The King would not pass up the opportunity to spend time with his grandchildren and if there is a way of making it possible, he will do it.”

Prince Harry arrived in the UK earlier this week without Meghan Markle or their children after the family enjoyed a holiday in Europe. Meghan, Archie and Lilibet had reportedly been expected to join him for the visit, but plans changed after Harry’s request for taxpayer-funded security for his family was rejected and an offer for accommodation at Buckingham Palace was withdrawn at the last minute.

Meanwhile, fresh reports have claimed Meghan is “furious” and has “vowed to never return to the UK to see the Royal Family” following what sources describe as a series of complications surrounding Harry’s visit. Rob Shuter said on his Naughty But Nice Substack: “This was one insult too many.” He added: “As far as she’s concerned, she’ll never see them again.”

“She believes every time he reaches out to his family, they find another way to reject him. She’s done. She has no interest in ever putting herself, or her children, through this again.”

Prince Harry causes ‘irreversible’ damage and Prince William is ‘furious’

Prince Harry has made a rare visit to the UK, and with his trip comes a lot of drama.

The prince has been staying in an undisclosed location after Buckingham Palace confirmed he is not staying at the royal residence, as he makes several public appearances across the UK this week.

On Tuesday, the Duke of Sussex lost his High Court privacy case against the publisher of the Daily Mail. He, and several prominent figures including Elizabeth Hurley, brought the case against Associated Newspapers.

They alleged unlawful methods had been used to gather information for stories, claims which had always been vehemently denied by Associated Newspapers.

Prince Harry ‘given savage three-word nickname by royal staff’

Prince Harry has returned to the UK, and his homecoming has proved nothing short of dramatic.

The King’s youngest son was ostensibly flying in from California to champion the forthcoming edition of the Invictus Games, scheduled to take place in Birmingham in July 2027.

However, his visit has been clouded by a dispute over royal accommodation and where Harry would be housed during his stay.

Harry’s representatives claim he was offered a room at Buckingham Palace but was forced to delay his acceptance while attempting to arrange private security, having been refused police protection. The Duke of Sussex maintains that the Palace withdrew the offer at the 11th hour.
