‘We’re Not Together!’ Pete Wicks Denies Olivia Attwood Romance — Says Kiss Was Just Comfort After Her Split

Pete Wicks has publicly denied speculation that he is romantically involved with Olivia Attwood, insisting that their widely reported kiss in a Soho bar was “misinterpreted” and took place in the context of friendship and emotional support.

The reality TV personality, 37, addressed the rumours following reports that he and Attwood were seen kissing at Flute Bar in London on Friday night, just weeks after her split from husband Bradley Dack.

Speaking to close sources, Wicks clarified that there is no romantic relationship between them. He explained that the moment occurred during a private night out with friends and was not intended to signal the start of a new relationship.

“He cares deeply about Olivia, but they are not dating,” a source close to Wicks said. “She has been going through a very difficult time since her breakup, and Pete has simply been there for her as a friend.”

According to the source, the pair have known each other for years and share a close bond, which has become more visible in recent weeks as Attwood navigates the aftermath of her separation.

“The kiss was a friendly, supportive gesture in the moment,” the insider added. “It has been blown out of proportion. There is no ‘passionate romance’ — just a strong friendship.”

The sighting at the Soho venue had sparked widespread speculation after onlookers reported the pair appeared affectionate during the evening, with Attwood seen celebrating and appearing in high spirits.

However, those close to Wicks insist his priority has been helping Attwood cope emotionally following what has been described as a painful and highly personal breakup.

“He’s been a shoulder to cry on,” the source said. “He’s made sure she’s not alone, kept her spirits up, and helped her get through some very low moments.”

Attwood, 34, announced her split from Dack in January after three years of marriage. While neither party has publicly detailed the reasons behind the separation, it has been described by insiders as a challenging period for her.Bradley Dack in a black tuxedo suit and Olivia Attwood in a white jumpsuit pose at ITV Palooza! 2021.

Wicks is understood to be keen to distance himself from any narrative suggesting overlap or impropriety.

“There was absolutely no overlap with her marriage,” the source stressed. “Pete stepped in as a friend after everything had already ended.”

Despite ongoing public interest, both Wicks and Attwood are said to be continuing with their professional commitments as usual, including their joint podcast work, while maintaining that their relationship remains platonic.

For now, those close to the pair say the focus is on recovery and stability — not romance.
