Elsewhere, the inaugural ‘Gospel Garden Festival’ will be held on Sunday, August 2, headlined by Kirk Franklin and Tasha Cobbs Leonard – set to become London’s biggest outdoor gospel festival.

New wave artist Gary Numan will headline on Thursday, August 6, supported by Marc Almond and Ladytron; while City Pop Waves Festival will reign supreme on Friday, August 7, with performances from Masayoshi Takanaka, Junko Yagami, Himiko Kikuchi, and Ginger Root (DJ set). As well as Bob Marley’s final London show, the Crystal Palace Bowl has seen concerts from artists including Pink Floyd, The Beach Boys, Lou Reed, Curtis Mayfield, Gil Scot Heron, Ian Dury, Vera Lynn and others.
