Celebrity chef Bobby Flay is latest celebrity to escape LA as he just unloaded his 5,700-square-foot Hollywood Hills home for a profit.
The Beat Bobby Flay host – turning 61 next Wednesday – reportedly closed the deal Wednesday on the mid-century modern property in The Bird Streets neighborhood for $8.35 million, according to TMZ.
That’s $750,000 more than what Flay paid for it back in 2021.
The four-time Daytime Emmy winner and his beloved Maine Coon cats, Canelo and Stella, were likely impressed with the 100-year-old olive tree contained inside an interior atrium on the half-acre sized residence.
Each of the four bedrooms are connected to a private terrace that leads to the grass-lined stone path in the backyard garden with swimming pool.
Inside, the foodie and restaurateur’s open-concept home featured 13ft ceilings including the sliding glass doors and dark stone work.

The native New Yorker spends most of his time residing at his newly-renovated 3,800-square-foot loft in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood.
On Wednesday, Flay was in Midtown filming a holiday hors d’oeuvres segment alongside his celeb gal pal Scarlett Johansson for TODAY with Jenna & Friends.
On Monday, the thrice-divorced father-of-one invited his ‘life partner’ since March, Brooke Williamson, to appear on his new podcast, Bobby on the Beat.
‘There’s been all these articles written like, “Are they engaged now?”‘ Flay said of wedding rumors.
‘I did give you a ring and it is a diamond ring. You and I have had this conversation. Marriage is not a thing that interests us. I’ve tried it a few times and I’m good where I am now. I wanted to give that to you because I wanted to show my commitment to you in general.’
The BBQ Brawl producer-host welcomed 29-year-old daughter Sophie, a GMA correspondent, during his three-year marriage to second ex-wife Kate Connelly that ended in 1998.
