The upcoming programme will follow Monty as he journeys along one of Europe’s most iconic rivers — the Rhine — exploring gardens steeped in history and culture across four different countries.

Last week, Monty dropped the first real hint to his 1.3 million Instagram followers, posting a behind-the-scenes photo from a recording studio as he worked on the show’s commentary.Monty Don
