Ant McPartlin has shared his rage over the sheer number of e-bikes around London. He revealed his step-daughters had even teased him about having “anger issues” after he shared his frustration over the Lime bikes.

The Geordie TV host, 50, admitting to once kicking over a row of the bikes because he was so angry with them. He made the revelation while chatting with good pal Declan Donnelly, also 50, on their Hanging Out podcast.

Speaking on his decision to leave London and his Wimbledon home, the I’m A Celebrity presenter told Dec: “Have I ever been on a Lime bike? Yes.

“Why are you so shocked at that, of course I have been on a Lime bike. There was a period where I used to live, people would leave their Lime bikes outside my house. Just outside the gates.”

He continued: “I got so angry and one day, I kicked them all down. I got told I had anger issues by the kids. I don’t have anger issues. I was just angry at the people who kept leaving them… there were like, four of them.”, reports the Mirror.

Ant went on to say: “Then every day I go out and it’s as if they knew, it was winding me up. And there would be one parked outside my house every day. I was like, ‘I am f****** sick of this’ and kicked it over. But that’s not anger issues, I was just angry.”

When asked if the incidents contributed to his decision to leave London, he chuckled and said: “Yes. I had to move out of London because people were parking bikes outside of my house.”

Ant and his wife Anne-Marie Corbett traded their £6m residence in Wimbledon for a sprawling £10million mansion in Surrey back in February. The gated property is home to the couple and their children, two year old Wilder, and teenage daughters Poppy and Daisy from Anne-Marie’s previous marriage to Scott Corbett.

His wedding followed Ant’s split from his former wife Lisa Armstrong in 2018. They had been a pair for over a decade.

The Britain’s Got Talent host recently admitted he believes he’s a better individual these days than he was in the past. Reflecting on life with his wife and children, Ant shared that fatherhood has transformed him.

He told Dec: “It changes you for the better. All of the sleepless nights, the early mornings, the tiredness is worth it.”

The star also admitted he wouldn’t be against having more kids in the future. He said: “I’d have loads more kids. I mean, I’m too tired, but I would have more kids.”
