Alex Drummond Scott is revealing baby Sofia’s latest milestone.
In a recent Q&A session on her Instagram Stories, Ree Drummond’s daughter was asked, “Is Sofia saying any words yet?”
The proud mom, 28, who welcomed Sofia with husband Mauricio Scott last December, replied that her daughter now has three names in her budding vocabulary: Mama, Dada and Bubba.
Alex noted that Bubba is also known as George, the family’s beloved golden retriever.

In August, fans got to see Sofia say “Dada” with the Pioneer Woman star’s encouragement when Ree and her daughter Paige were babysitting.
Since Sofia’s birth made Ree and husband Ladd Drummond grandparents nearly a year ago, on Dec. 18, 2024, the Food Network personality has regularly documented her quality time with the baby girl on social media.
Sofia even got to accompany her famous grandmother to New York for her appearance on Today in October.

Alex has shared other milestones on Instagram, such as when Sofia began holding her own bottle.
“Look at this queen feeding herself,” Alex wrote.
In August, Alex revealed that she and Mauricio were leaving their daughter, then 8 months old, overnight for the first time.
“First time we both left Sofia overnight! We got lots of precious pictures from Abuela,” she wrote, tagging Mauricio’s mother. She included two photos of Sofia, one of which showed George.

Earlier this year, Ree admitted that she didn’t think she was ready to be a grandma, but gushed that she was “loving” it.
“When your firstborn has a baby that looks exactly like she looked, you get to relive all the delicious feelings of first-time motherhood, but without the sleep deprivation, hormones, and confusion,” she captioned a video of Sofia in March.
“I didn’t think I was ready yet to cross over to the granny side of the street, but Lord in Heaven… I am loving it and I’m so grateful for this gift,” she wrote.
