Check out our thoughts below in our “Worst Cooks in America” spoilers and predictions.
Last Week on ‘Worst Cooks in America’ 2026
Last week on “Worst Cooks in America” season 30, we had back-to-back new episodes in this reality TV star season. The final seven contestants started the night with having to make a trio of Tex-Mex tacos.
While they were all struggling, Ryan Lochte struggled the most. He slipped on a piece of spaghetti when trying to maneuver in the kitchen. This turned out to be more painful than he thought, and he had to remove himself from the competition!
At the first Blind Elimination Challenge, it was MTV legend Downtown Julie Brown and “DWTS” pro dancer Val Chmerkovskiy fighting to remain in the competition. However, Jeff and Tiffany surprised them both by not having an elimination since Ryan already removed himself from the competition!
In the second new episode, it turned out to be a party night. The teams had to plan a party in 45 minutes, including making three hors d’oeuvres and a cocktail. From there, they had to make a brunch burger, fries, and a Bloody Mary.
It ended up being Downtown Julie Brown and Bravo star Reza Farahan in the bottom two. For the Blind Elimination Challenge, they each had to make avocado toast. This was close, but the judges ended up keeping Reza, which meant Julie had to be sent home.
Who Wins Tonight on ‘Worst Cooks in America’?
This is a big night, as the winner of “Worst Cooks in America” season 30 will be crowned. It will also be a win for the charity these reality stars are playing for.
Heading into the night, there seems to be a clear favorite: Reza Farahan. Yes, he was in the bottom two last week, but prior to that, he seemed to have the best dish of the night for every challenge.
Yes, we have seen some improvements from all of these finalists. I just think Reza has been a step ahead of them all season long and deserves the win tonight.
Who do you think wins tonight on “Worst Cooks in America” 2026?
