Holly Ramsay has revealed her dreamy honeymoon destination — and it came as a very special wedding gift from her dad, Gordon Ramsay. Fresh from tying the knot with Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty, the newlywed shared that her parents treated the couple to a luxury escape to Mauritius, swapping wedding stress for sun, sea, and total switch-off. No training pools, no schedules — just time to unwind together. A lavish gift, a well-earned break, and the perfect start to married life.

Holly Ramsay has revealed where she and her new husband, Adam Peaty, will be heading on their honeymoon.

Holly, the second daughter of renowned chef Gordon, married her now-husband and Olympic swimmer, Adam, shortly after Christmas in an incredible ceremony in Bath, UK.

Following the lavish nuptials, Holly has revealed that she and Adam will be heading to Mauritius on a luxury getaway — with the new bride revealing that her parents were the ones who footed the bill as a wedding present for their daughter and new son-in-law.

‘We’re going to Mauritius to just lie by the sea, that was our wedding present from my parents,’ Holly told British Vogue, before joking that while there’ll be a beach nearby, there won’t be any Olympic pools for him to get a few cheeky laps in.

‘I had to tell Adam we weren’t basing our honeymoon around a 25-metre pool,’ she joked.

It’s understood that the pair headed off nearly immediately after their wedding and were spotted jetting off to the sun-soaked island shortly before New Year’s Eve.

It was reported that, despite the lovely ceremony, several members of Adam’s family — including his own mother — were reportedly banned from attending.

While not addressing her son head-on, Adam’s mother, Caroline, shared a pointed post to her Instagram, where she appeared to hint at the alleged family feud after sharing a quote that said in 2026, she’ll be ‘praying for peace’ and hoping that her ‘heart never has to break like this again.’

‘I won’t end this year pretending everything was fine. I lost a piece of myself this year that I will never get back, and I’m not forcing a smile like it didn’t change me,’ the post read.

‘So no… I won’t be saying “2026 is going to be my year.” I’ll be praying that I recover next year, that my heart never has to break like this again, that I never have to survive something like this again.

‘I’ll be praying for peace… real peace, the kind that lets me breathe without fighting for it. I deserve a year that doesn’t hurt.’

Despite the emotional undertones surrounding the wedding, Holly and Adam appear determined to focus on their new chapter together. Those close to the couple say the honeymoon is less about extravagance and more about privacy, recovery, and time away from the intense public attention that has followed their relationship in recent months. Mauritius, with its secluded beaches and understated luxury, offers exactly the kind of escape they were hoping for.

Sources suggest the newlyweds have been keeping a low profile since leaving the UK, choosing quiet moments by the sea over social media updates. For Holly, the trip marks a rare pause after an intense period of planning, celebrations, and media scrutiny. For Adam, it is an opportunity to reset mentally and physically after a demanding Olympic cycle and a turbulent end to the year.

Meanwhile, the reported family tensions remain unresolved, with neither Holly nor Adam publicly addressing the situation. Friends of the couple say they are prioritizing boundaries and emotional well-being, opting to deal with sensitive matters away from the spotlight. Gordon and Tana Ramsay, who are said to be fully supportive, are believed to have encouraged the pair to focus on healing and togetherness rather than outside noise.

As they begin married life far from home, Holly and Adam seem intent on letting time, distance, and calm do the work — hoping that, in time, both love and peace will prevail.
